How should breastfeeding mothers be fed?

The importance of nutrition in breastfeeding process

An important part of the nutritional value taken by the mother passes to the baby through breast milk. Therefore, the more quality the mother feeds, the food to pass to the baby, vitamins and other contents will be so good. In addition, healthy and high quality fed mothers give birth more easily and after the birth weight.

It is necessary to increase protein in natural ways. As you will read in the list below, you should consume dairy products, eggs, meat and similar protein rich ingredients. Remember, it’s very important that you stay healthy first. Considering that the vitamins and nutrients produced by your body during breastfeeding are passed on to the baby, adequate nutrition of the mother is important.
